We worked hard and we worked for a long time, our swift hands dug for gold within the shafts of our creativity and now we succeeded: Our new Album 12 Schritte zum Strick (12 Steps To The Gallows) will be released on May 18.

To worship this date we will have a party on the same day at the Hamburg Logo – unless we haven’t been called to account for our past (musical) mischiefs until then. To top off this party we invited the up-and-comers Harpyie: The guys and the girl will prove their skills for the second time in Hamburg. After the Party is before the Party, so we invite all of you to the After-Show-Party at the „Tanzenden Einhorn“. Accompany us on our last 12 steps to the gallows.
Further we can announce that we will be supporting the minstrels of Tanzwut on April 28 at the M.A.U.Club in Rostock.

The band „Harpyie“ is going to release their debut-album „Blindflug“ this year and we’d like to announce that we’re invited to their release-party! We are looking forward to our first joint concert.

Back in Hamburg we look back to an awesome weekend and two concerts with really wonderful audiences, cool Locations and great teams at the „Backstage“ and the „Nachtleben“. You guys surely know how to rock!

Hark! There are more news we proudly like to announce full of joy:
Just now we have been told that the brutal, frisky sounds of Vogelfrey will be heard on the Wacken Open Air 2012 – on all four days!! We are glad about the great chance to desecrate this holiest of all pilgrimage sites of Metal together with many excellent bands (such as In Extremo, Opeth, Hammerfall, the Scorpions and many more) and we are looking forward to the most epic feast in the pagan north of Germany!

On top of that: Not only we will haunt Wacken, the Burgfolk-, the Hexentanz- and the Feuertanz-Festival won’t be spared!

we have cheerful news to announce: We are working at full speed to present our new album soon and to let “Wiegenfest” have a worthy successor in spring 2012.

Our next coup will be named “12 Schritte zum Strick” (“12 steps to the rope”)

Currently we are recording in the studio to capture our journey to the well deserved gallows on heretical harddrives and to create an apostatized CD thats musical roguery will gain an edge over the forerunner!
